Cases

Paul has conducted many Landlord and Tenant claims including claims relating to landlord disrepair, disputed leasehold enfranchisement and unlawful eviction claims.  Paul also undertakes a steady stream of possession claims.

Career to Date

Paul started off in the road haulage industry and ran his own business for 10 years.  In 2002, Paul started his transfer to law by commencing a degree in law at Birbeck College London. Paul graduated with an upper second class honours in 2005.  In 2007 Paul commenced his Legal Practice Course and achieved a distinction.  Paul joined Bowman Rodkin Solicitors in 2008, and latterly joined Simons Rodkin Litigation Solicitors in July 2009 where he worked until setting up Benchmark Solicitors.
